| Camp BizWorld - Daniels Fund supports BizKids at Utah CEO Magazine |
|
On June 3rd and 4th, Daniels Fund generously supported an opportunity for 5th grade students from Silver Hills Elementary in Salt Lake City. Over the course of two days, students learned the ins and outs of starting a business. Fully funded by Daniels Fund, the Camp was generously hosted by Utah CEO Magazine. Each day, students and their teacher, Ms. Wyla Seal, traveled to Utah CEO's office to design, manufacture, market and sell their companies' friendship bracelets. At the end students could not stop talking about their BizWorld experience. According to one student, BizWorld "was the best time I had learning to help my future.” Thank you to Silver Hills Elementary, Utah CEO and Daniels Fund for making this Camp BizWorld a huge success!

| Introducing: Jaime Zepeda, Education Coordinator |
The BizWorld Foundation would like to welcome Jaime Zepeda to its team. Jaime was initially drawn to BizWorld because of its innovative project-based program that teaches children the skills and knowledge they will use to become social and economic leaders once they begin their careers.
Jaime is a fervent believer in the power education has in bolstering children's self-confidence, intellectual and social abilities, and their joy for further learning. In previous work experience, Jaime has supported other organizations that, like he, have a deep commitment to educating our nation's future.
When asked what he is most excited about, Jaime responded that he "hopes to become an integral part of furthering the BizWorld mission, and to grow with the organization as more people become enthusiastic about the possibilities the programs bring to young students." |
